Depending on the person, friendship will either come along easily or not at all. Since most of her meetings with other sinners begin on the battlefield, her need to take charge will either strike a wrong chord with people or draw them closer to her. If one does wish to pursue a friendship outside of the battlefield, then they'll be greeted with a cheerful, carefree sinner, the polar opposite to how she acts on the job leading a team. Kari is just as eager to befriend civilians as well as sinners, not only for the benefits that come along with a friendship with one not under constant surveillance by an accessory. Government officials are people whom she'll generally push away, though if they show kindness that isn't so obviously fake, she'll eventually accept them into her friendship circle.

Enemies are usually reserved for especially arrogant and spiteful civilians and government officials, however if a sinner threatens her team in any way, they may as well be dead. Her hate won't extend beyond dirty looks inside the Panopticon, however, if they're unlucky enough to find themselves on the same attack team as Kari, then they'll quickly find themselves abandoned on the field to fend for themselves.

Two sinners engaging in a romantic relationship is 100% illegal, so Kari won't advance beyond the friendship stage of a relationship. However, if she finds someone whom she truly lives and cannot live without, she'll be willing to take the risk.
