Your faction is where you belong in your Panopticon and changes the way you can contribute to the greater good.
These factions can be subject to change and a restriction may be placed on said factions depending on the census.
Sinners
Stripped of all of their basic human rights, Sinners are criminals whom have committed one or more of an extensive list of crimes against their Panopticon such as being a counterproductive drain on their society's resources, and even for simply being born. All Sinners begin with a sentence of 10000 years, which can increase and decrease depending on how the Sinner acts and behaves around the presence of their accessory.
Every day Sinners take to the Earth's surface to complete missions for their Panopticon issued by either their government or any civilians that may require their assistance.
Government
The government officials are in charge of different divisions of their Panopticon, such as keeping the populous under control through the use of propaganda, managing the Sinners of the Panopticon and any communication between Panopticons. Most are ruthless and corrupt, while some only want to contribute to the greater good.
Civilians
Civilians are either people whom the Panopticon has found to be a productive resource, or Sinners who have worked off their sentence in full. They are constant targets of rival Panopticons and most are overly arrogant despite needing a Sinner's help frequently.
Rogues
Rogues do not belong to any Panopticon. Instead, they live on the Earth's surface scavenging any resources they can from abductor wreckages. Occasionally they will attack a Sinner who has been separated from his group, or if they are enough in numbers, they will attack an entire strike team. Some, however, just run and hide at the very site of them.
It always seems as if the rogues are planning something big...
